Frequently asked questions
Do I need a fingerprint device?
No. Employees check in from their phones by face, fingerprint or a button, and the system verifies they are at the work location.
Does it suit businesses with multiple branches?
Yes. Add multiple sites and set which locations each employee may check in from.
Can employees check in from outside the work location?
No, unless the business allows it, and you are alerted to any suspicious attempt.
What if my headcount changes?
Add employees any time and pay only for the remaining months of the subscription. Any reduction applies at renewal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, for 14 days.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in advance, and you receive an invoice for every subscription.
